Euregio Laboratory Services was founded in 1994 aimed at veterinary laboratory analysis of samples submitted from all kind of animals as well as to provide consultancy on veterinary laboratory analysis. We employ a business-to-business model and as such samples can be submitted by veterinarians or via companies only. Owners of animals with veterinary questions are kindly requested to contact their own veterinarian. By tradition our help desk is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Anke Bastings and Marion Corbey from the veterinary section are happy to address veterinary matters.
Euregio Laboratory Services is part of the Limbach group SE in Heidelberg, Germany. The Limbach group SE consists of over 30 laboratories in Europe including a laboratory located in Mönchengladbach in Germany. Our laboratory in Mönchengladbach was newly built in 2016 and predominantly processes about 5 million human samples yearly according to ISO 15189 as well as our veterinary samples. As a consequence, the laboratory diagnosis of zoonoses is optimal. Furthermore, the state-of-the-art laboratory in Mönchengladbach and its about 600 employees are fully dedicated to the ‘One Health’ concept.
